Avila Consort Ltd was commissioned by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) as the External Project Monitoring Consultant for the Manilla Cooperative Housing Development in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. Our responsibilities included overseeing construction quality, verifying compliance with approved designs, monitoring progress against timelines, and ensuring optimal use of resources. Through diligent supervision and transparent reporting, Avila contributed to the successful delivery of 32 modern residential flats that meet both regulatory and client expectations.
